Made-to-Order Purchases: These are items that are made for you on an individual basis.
Quick Ship Purchases: These are items that we have produced, and are in our inventory.
Shipping Timeline: Made-to-Order items ship approximately three-weeks from the time an order is placed. Quick Ship items typically ship within 5-8 business days from when the order is placed. Orders are shipped via USPS ($10, standard delivery timeline) or UPS ($20, expedited delivery). Note, by choosing expedited shipping, the production timeline for Made-to-Order items does not change.

Return Policy: For Made-to-Order items, we cut each garment based upon your selection of size and fabric. In the event you would like to exchange your Made-to-Order item, Ellie Kai will gladly provide an exchange or merchandise credit for up to 30-days from receipt of your order for any unwashed, unworn Made-to-Order items.
All Quick Ship items (unworn, unwashed) may be returned for up to 30-days of merchandise receipt for a full refund.
All sample sale inventory is final sale. We are unable to offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
